We Ship To Most Locations Within Canada

At this time, we are shipping our composting systems and supplies in Canada all throughout the year. Customers can enjoy the convenience of having our products delivered right to their doorstep (or postal outlet), to most locations within Canada.

We aim to provide a seamless and efficient shopping experience for all our valued customers.

For orders totalling $145 or more, shipping is completely free to many locations in Canada! If you live in Yukon, Nunavut or the Northwest Territories please contact us directly for discounted shipping rates and delivery times. 

SHIPPING INFO FOR LIVE WORMS

We ship worms through Purolator, UPS, or Canada Post. 

Live worms are shipped on Mondays or Tuesdays so they don't get unnecessarily delayed on a weekend. Worms must be picked up within 24 hours or their health will be at risk. 

Please be aware that worms can shrink during shipping by approx. 10-15% in weight.  Once they get settled and are properly fed and hydrated, they will quickly recover. But if it exceeds that amount, please do reach out to us.

WORM & EM SHIPPING GUIDELINES

NOV.1 - FEB.28:

  • If temperatures in your area are mild (day time highs are in the range of 0°C or above) at the time you wish to order worms contact us at info@pacificcomposting.ca to see if it’s feasible for us to ship.

  • We also offer year round farm pickup of live worms and all composting systems and supplies.

HOT WEATHER:

If daytime temperatures in your area are above 30°C, we won’t ship worm or EM orders. If you place an order and it’s too hot to ship safely, we’ll let you know and hold your order until conditions improve.

LIVE WORM GUARANTEE

We offer a live worm guarantee as long as you pick up the package of worms from your local mailbox or Canada Post outlet within 24 hours of delivery. In the unfortunate case that the worms are DOA, please email us a photo to info@pacificcomposting.ca immediately (the same day as the delivery/pick-up) for a full refund. Refund requests for photos submitted past 24 hours will not be accepted. 

Should there be extreme weather warnings expected we will discuss delaying live worm shipments with you as we cannot guarantee their survival.  

Our Live Worms Guarantee is also applicable for customers who select the pick up option at check out. In this case, the guarantee will be void if the customer does not pick up the worms or fails to make alternate arrangements within 3 business days of receiving the order pick-up notification.
